Who is the Nash backpack for?

Nash is intended for power-users in need of a dependable bag that will last a long time.

Is it Waterproof?

Yes, Nash is waterproof up to a certain point as the inner and outer are water-repellent.

What is CORDURA® fabric?

CORDURA® fabric is a collection of fabrics qualified by INVISTA for use in a wide array of products from luggage and backpacks to boots, military wear, and performance apparel. CORDURA® brand fabrics are recognized for their long-lasting durability and resistance to abrasions, tears, and scuffs making Nash virtually indestructible.

What is an Eco-Fabric?

Eco-Fabric is a type of fabric made by CORDURA® from at least 40% recycled polyester yarns, that helps reduce energy consumption and lessen carbon emission.

How do I clean the Nash backpack?

Spot clean or handwash. Soil may be removed with spray cleaner or detergent and water. Avoid chlorine or bleach-based cleansers.

How does the Nash backpack feel when you wear it?

Shipping

Can you ship to my country?

Yes! We use Amazon services for our fulfilment currently, so we can ship wherever they can. If you are from outside the USA we you should be buying from our Amazon store instead, you will find an Amazon link on our Nash product page.

When will my order ship?

Normally, after your payment is verified it takes up to 12 hours to process and ship your order. Then it depends to your location how long will our partner carrier can deliver.

Can I track the shipment?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order which includes tracking information. Also, upon checkout you have the option to receive updates to your phone.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

In the US the taxes should be free. On other countries, it will vary depending on the charge calculated by your local customs.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Extras

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Is there a warranty?

The Warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Basically, if the bag arrived being damaged, and it's our fault, we will replace or refund it. However, this does not cover normal wear and tear, we believe that it will take a lot of time before that happens though.
